Sarita Meets Scrapbook Generation

imageWelcome to the SG Blog Hop for September, if this is your first stop, you might like to start at the Scrapbook Generation blog and then hop through each link.

I have loved playing with all the new Close to My Heart products and I love Scrapbook Generation for giving me great ideas for easy and beautiful layouts.  Here I have used the gorgeous new CTMH Sarita paper and embellishments and a layout out of the brand new SG Magic Sketchbook (It came in the mail this week and I couldn’t wait to use it).  I also used one of my most favorite scrapbook tools in the world… Close to My Heart’s new Artbooking Cricut Cartridge.  I love cutting the beautiful overlays and all of the new coordinating Cricut cuts for the new workshop kits!

Sarita Scrapbook Generation

I love layouts with lots of photos and these scrapbook generation sketches give me lots of options.  15 photos on a layout really captures my favorite moments of Isabella’s 2nd birthday!  Sorry for the photo quality, thanks to a rainy afternoon it was hard for me to get a great picture!

CTMH New Product Blog Hop!

I am so excited to be participating in the Close to My Heart New Product Blog Hop.  I have been so fired up since convention and seeing all the new products and possibilities.  I am so excited to share with you.944599_10151456485957574_1191619791_nHere is my layout using all new products and some fun Zoo Pictures!

Babycakes

I love the new paper packs in the 2013 Fall/Winter catalog and I have been busy trying to make some new layouts to show off the papers.  One of the things I knew I was going to hear from some of my favorite, honest customers was “I don’t have any babies I don’t think I will use the baby paper”  SO…I went ahead and challenged myself to take the baby out of Babycakes!

I think it turned out really cute and could easily be modified for any occasion.  I also was able to do a little ArtBooking (the new CTMH cricut cartridge).  I love the little Giraffe and Lion but they could easily be left off and this would be a great layout for an everyday event.

Products Used: Baby Cakes Workshop-G1068 (which includes the new Bronze Glitter Tape, Baby Cakes button assortment), Cricut ArtBooking Collection-Z1906 , Magic Scrapbook Program-9040.

I hope you enjoyed my creation and that you will keep on hopping!
