OK so a week at Disney, a week to get back on schedule and then a week of Spring Break. Can you say a whirl wind of March has just flown by me! But there are some great things to fill you in on. My most favorite thing to share with you is this month Studio J layouts are only $5. Thats $5 for 2, 12×12 layouts. Thats a great deal. Thats pages of layouts for scrapbooks, or to hang on walls, or now its time to print off some unique size photos for scrapbook layouts you have already created. Studio J is also great for Picture my Life Scrapbooking or Project life because you can print the exact size you need.
Here are some of the things I have created this month.
With the baby arriving I was worried about getting behind in my scrapbooking so decided to try the Picture my Life kits to help keep me caught up. I love them! I took this month to order all my pics and I love that I can order the exact size I need. I ordered all sorts of 4×3 pics using the Studio J Photo layout collection. Now all I have to do is cut them apart.
Also if you know me you know I love Instagram and editing my Iphone pictures. Now it is super easy for me to print them off for my layouts. Now I can really scrapbook every aspect of my life!
I also am throwing my soon to be sister in law a bridal shower. I like to order a JPeg off of Etsy and then create my own invites from there. Well usually I pay $1 or more an invite but not with Studio J. I can get 8, 5×7 invites for $5. Thats .62 a piece! And they are the best quality for sure!
If you have never tried Studio J now is a great time to give it a try!
So we all love to have the posed pictures that everyone is smiling and looking great but… let’s face it those are few and far between especially if you have small children. Now that my daughter is 4 I love capturing these melt down moments it’s also necessary some days. I don’t want you to think she isn’t a happy girl but she is dramatic and sometimes a camera causes her to fall on the floor in pain! This past summer we had one of those days. Nothing was fun so I was taking pictures of her brother playing and then (dun dun dun) there was a baby lizard. And it got on her. Thank goodness I had my camera for the freak out that happened!
Check out her faces
I was so glad I caught this moment! I haven’t titled it yet but I think it will be Get it OFF! And the blank white square is for my journaling. What do you think? Now don’t forget to scrapbook the not so perfect moments!
I am finally adjusting to life with 3 and finding a little time for me.
So here we go with attempt number 535 at being a consistent blogger!!
We had a recent snow day. I know you are thinking everyone did but…I live in Florida. It was a huge deal. None of my children had ever seen snow so it was a day if first for us. A fellow consultant and my amazing upline Tina Sutton actually created these amazing pages but they were so perfect I had to recreate them.
Aren’t they too cute. Do you like how we modified our sledding? Do they even sell sleds in Florida? Here is to some gorgeous warm Florida Sun!
I’m just trying to stay caught up but I feel like it’s a never ending game when it comes to memory keeping. Join me this Thursday for a Artbooking class and we will get some of your holiday pictures scrapped. Here is a sneak peak.
Welcome to the SG Blog Hop for December, if this is your first stop, you might like to start at the Scrapbook Generation blog and then hop through each link.
I love the clean lines and how many pictures I could fit on this layout. Close to My Heart and Scrapbook Generation layouts pair so well together. I used the CTMH Laughing Lola Workshop and I added some Cricut Artbooking elements and some cute stamped images all from Close to My Heart.
You can find the SG sketches in their books and as downloads in the SG store, and there is a free one every month in case you wanted to try it out. This sketch was in a four pack that I ordered last month and was perfect for my August Instagram pictures!
Next on the hop is Nicole – http://www.lovemesomepaper.blogspot.com/, leave a comment on each blog and one lucky commenter will receive a free sketch bundle of their choice from the store. The winner will be draw on December 9th, so you have one week to leave a comment.
